Mission Statement

Who is Team WOW?

WOW stands for Warriors of the Wilderness. We are a Scenario Paintball Team out of the Midwest dedicated to the sport of paintball. While scenario is what we do, an occasional speedball or woodsball game thrown in mixes it up and keeps us on our toes! Team WOW is made up of players from Northern Illinois, Eastern Wisconsin, and Northern Indiana. We play with honor and good sportsmanship and promote the same in the sport of paintball.

Team WOW encourages new players to join our team for a day or weekend in order to get introduced to our team concept. Any player of any age or experience level is welcomed to run with one of us and learn.

Maybe you have a question? We will never tell you to go use the search button or roll our eyes and ignore you at the field. Want to hold our gear? Just ask. Want to know how the Flatline barrel really works? Just ask. We have spent enough time and money to know what performs and what doesn’t. We also have the information to get your markers working again. No matter what the issue may be. We’ve all been there. Each and every one of us was new to the sport not too long ago, and was asking the same questions. We felt disappointed when we were told to buzz off, and happy when we were actually listened to. So, we are here to listen and talk to you.

Looking for us on the field?

Just look for the Red Crossing Markers on the sleeves and chest of our jerseys; you will know that this player is impacting the game at a level that most do not understand.

Team WOW exists to play hard, with honor, sportsmanship, and honesty at all times, to bring new players to paintball, and to give everyone the opportunity to see what it’s like when you play as a team, which in the end makes everyone a better paintballer.
